Terms and Conditions of Shivalik Tours and Travelss
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Shivalik Tours and Travels (“Company”) and its clients (“Client”) who book tours, travel packages, or other services with the Company. By booking a tour or travel package with the Company, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Cancellation Policy
If the Client cancels a booking more than 30 days prior to the departure date, the Company will refund 50% of the deposit.
If the Client cancels a booking between 15-30 days prior to the departure date, the Company will refund 25% of the deposit.
If the Client cancels a booking less than 15 days prior to the departure date, the Company will not refund any amount.
Liability and Responsibility
The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused to the Client or their property during the tour or travel package.
The Client is responsible for their own safety and well-being during the tour or travel package.
The Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destinations visited during the tour or travel package.
Travel Documents
The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and travel insurance.
The Company is not responsible for any issues related to the Client’s travel documents.
If the Client cancels a booking between 15-30 days prior to the departure date, the Company will refund 25% of the deposit.
If the Client cancels a booking less than 15 days prior to the departure date, the Company will not refund any amount.
Insurance
The Company recommends that the Client purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected medical or travel-related expenses.
The Company is not responsible for any medical or travel-related expenses incurred by the Client.
The Client is responsible for their own safety and well-being during the tour or travel package.
The Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destinations visited during the tour or travel package.
Governing Law
The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and travel insurance.
The Company is not responsible for any issues related to the Client’s travel documents.
If the Client cancels a booking between 15-30 days prior to the departure date, the Company will refund 25% of the deposit.
If the Client cancels a booking less than 15 days prior to the departure date, the Company will not refund any amount.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The Client is responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
